1. As currently stated,Note 4 references a proposed driveway for the private alley that is not shown on
the Final Plat. Reconcile the note or provide an access easement to show the driveway location.

The following comments relate to the construction documents:
1. Break up the construction plans by phase. Provide a blow-off at the end of the waterline at approx
Sta. 11+00.
2. Provide 2"blow-offs for flushing at Sta. -0+72.47 and 23+52.
3. Provide a gate valve in the vicinity of Sta. 14+00.

GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. This plat is in the College Station ETJ, but is out of the College Station Utility electric service area.
Customer will have to get with their electric supplier for this area to determine electric service
specifications and requirements.
