SUBJECT: WILLIAMS CREEK PH 5 LOT 1R BLK 7 (FP-VAC - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been
addressed and the following information submitted by Monday May 21st by 10:00 a.m., your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for June 7th at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
One (1) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat;
Sixteen (16) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat;
Parkland Dedication must be submitted prior to the filing of the final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made
and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the
agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the
P&Z meeting.

Remarks: Attached for your review are 1 full size copy and 16-11x17 copies of the �1
revised Vacating &Final Plat for the above-referenced project. A mylar
of this plat will be submitted upon final approval.
The only revision made is the wording of the signature block on Sheet 3 of
3. All lots are listed within the different signature blocks on Sheet 3.
Also attached are tax certificates for this property. Since no taxes have
been paid yet by any new owners, the tax office has said that they cannot
produce a tax certificate. Therefore, there are only 2 certificates included
with this submission, which are for the original 2 tracts of land this phase
came from.
