Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. 2. The construction documents and reports are still under review and may affect the plat. 3. The calls on this plat do not close (per Adrian Welsh — GIS Mapping 764-3570). 4. Need signatures of all owners of lots and H.O.A. on the original plat per LGC vacating plat. 5. Need verification that all entities with rights to the interior PUE being removed are amenable to removal and that nothing is in the easement. Please include the number of lots in the title block. 2. Since this is a vacating and final, the lot numbers should not include any letters (ie: "R"). 3. Note # 12 seems to contain an error- it states that the side street setback is 15"k?x'?. 4. Please provide tax certificates for all owners of all property in Phase 5. 5. A signature block/certificate should be provided for each owner of each lot in Phase 5. 6. The property referred to in the certificate for the Gimberts appears to be same property referred to in the certificate for the Johnsons. Please clarify. 7. All of the certificates of ownership provided refer to Lot 1 R, Block 7 in the third line. Please reconcile.
