CONTROL PERSON ADDENDUM
THIS CONTROL PERSON ADDENDUM is entered into as of JUL 2 i 2 ., by and
between KFC Corporation, a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business it
Louisville,Kentucky(hereinafter referred to as "KFC") and DeWitt Hospitality, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as "Franchisee",,, Whether a corporation, partnership or tenancy in common), and shall
serve as an addendum to the Kentucky Fried Chicken Franchise Agreement(hereinafter referred
to as"Franchise Agreement") dated May 12, 1997,relating to the Outlet located at 2501 Texas
Avenue, College Station,Texas.
Whereas the ownership of the entity which is the Franchisee in the aforegoing Franchise
Agreement is divided between the following persons in the percentages shown by each name:

Jacob H. DeWitt 50%
Sonja A. DeWitt 50%
Whereas KFC and Franchisee agree that it is desirable that in the event of a dispute or
misunderstanding between the aforesaid persons, then one of them or their authorized
representative is authorized to act for the entity as its control person in all transactions with KFC.
Now, therefore,the parties do hereby agree as follows:
KFC may transact all business between it and the Franchisee by communicating w_th and
accepting communications from,or otherwise conducting the mutual affairs of the
franchisor/franchisee:relationship with Jacob H. DeWitt, who shall be the Control Person of the
Franchisee. Jacob H. DeWitt shall be the person responsible for the control and operation of the
Kentueky Fried Chicken Outlets covered by the Franchise Agreement.
