The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: One (1) complete set of construction documents for the proposed development with the revised site and landscaping plans attached Easement Dedication Sheet and required documents (please allow 4 weeks to process). Please note that the Easement Dedication Sheet and necessary documents are required prior to the issuance of a building permit. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at 979.764.3570.
