Based on a shared parking agreement between the Target building plot, which includes Outback, and the Hastings center, please add the following information to the site plan, and add the missing information: Square Foot Required Parking Provided Parking Target BP (Dayton Hudson) 121,655 487 ?? Hastings center 90,176 361 429 Total 211,831 848 ?? 2. Of the 498 provided spaces as stated on the site plan, staff was only able to count 479 spaces. Please revise the plan accordingly. 3. We will hold any submitted plans for stamping until the variance is heard by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on August 7th. 4. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute a completely new review. Please show the entire Target site on the site plan so that we may review the changes in relation to the site as a whole. ✓2. Please add the name, address, location, and legal description of the site to the title block. /3. Provide the zoning of subject parcel and all ab . '•• •arcels. 4. Please provide a tabulation of the number o' equire• and provided parking spaces. 4., 5. According to UDO Section 7.2.D End Islands, a :0 sf raised island shall be located at the SQ' end of every interior parking row for safe internal circulation. The removed end islands must be replaced at the new end of the parking row. ,Q6. Section 7.9.B.7 Parking Lots requires a 10' parking setback where parking or drive aisles cc``'''��'"' are located between the building and public right-of-way. Please adjust the plan accordingly. 7. Also, be aware that Section 7.9.6.7 Parking Lots requires parking lots that have greater than �► 120 parking spaces to design the parking lot according to one of three concepts. Please verify that the changes made to the parking lot as a whole meet one of the approved concepts. If not, an alternative concept may be proposed to the Design Review Board as a waiver to this requirement. 8. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker, a Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device, or a Double-Check Back Flow Device, and installed as per City Ordinance 2394. 2. All BackFlow devices must be installed and tested upon installation as per City Ordinance 2394. ENGINEERING COMMENTS 1. No comments.
