Provide ownership and zoning information of abutting properties. V3_ Clearly define the phasing. V4. Provide curb and pavement detail, as shown in the Site Design Standards: http://www.cstx.gov/docs/site design standards.pdf 5. As required by Section 7.9 of the UDO, bicycle parking is required for 4 spaces. Please show where the bicycle racks will be located on site. See 7.9.B.5. for regulations concerning placement. The above mention Site Design Standards provide standard details for the amount of space and ; 6. As required by Section 7.2.1.2 of the UDO, all parking calculations are required to be rounded up to the nearest whole number. This would require 22 spaces for phase 1 and 21 r spaces for phase 2 for a total of 43 spaces. '/7. Please correct General Note 7. This property is not zoned PDD.
