Bridgette George told me on Friday that we could submit the metes and bounds description of the tracts to be re- zoned on Tuesday of this week. A letter from the owner authorizing Place Properties to request this re-zoning action will be forwarded on Tuesday also. The re-zoning application fee of$500 was paid by me over the phone this morning. We believe that this completes or accounts for all submittal items to allow placement of this re-zoning application on the Planning and Zoning agenda for the May 17 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting and the June 14, 2007 city Council meeting. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address all comments and submit the following information by Monday, May 21st, 10:00 a.m., for your project to be placed on the next available Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) meeting scheduled for June 7th, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. If all items have not been addressed on the next submittal, another $500 processing fee will need to be submitted for the subsequent set of three (3) reviews One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised Rezoning Map; Sixteen (16) 11"x17" copies of the revised Rezoning Map; One (1) copy of the revised Metes and Bounds; One (1) copy of the digital file of the revised rezoning Metes & Bounds on diskette or e-mail to Iboyer@cstx.gov.
