SUBJECT: AGGIELAND BUSINESS PARK (PP) - Preliminary Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned Preliminary Plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been
addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, April 30, 2007, 10:00 a.m., your
project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for May 17, 2007, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Two (2) 24" x 36" copies of the revised Preliminary Plat; and
Sixteen (16) 11" x 17" copies of the revised Preliminary Plat.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning
Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions
have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the
P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday
the week of the P&Z meeting.

Preliminary Plat—Aggieland Business Park
Planning
1. ROW acreage has been added to the title block.
2. Total number of lots have been added to the title block.
3. The Developer has requested that the lot numbering remain as it is to
avoid confusion in the future. We were not able to locate any
requirement for starting with Lot 1 at each new block.
4. "Lot" designation has been added as requested.
5. Easement labels have been added.
Engineering Comments No. 2
1. A 20' PUE has been provided along FM 60.
2. ROW &pavement width labels have been added.
3. General Note 3 has been revised to include FEMA FIRM panel 200.
4. Fire hydrants have been shown as requested.
BTU
1. Labels have been added to the side lot line easements.
2. The missing portion of the easement has been added.
3. Note has been added.
4. The easement has been"straightened" as requested.
General Electric Comments, Sanitation&TxDOT comments have been
noted.
