PLANNING: (Reviewed by Crissy Hard; Date: April 18, 2007) COMMENT#1: Our GIS has reviewed this plat& noted that the metes & bounds do not close. ACTION: When we check the plat it closes. Please provide additional information. COMMENT#2: Please add the number of lots in this subdivision to the title block. ACTION: The total number of lots has been included in the General Notes. COMMENT#3: Will this phase be developed as a cluster development according to Sec 8.3 of the UDO? If so, please note this on plat. Comments #4 & 5 below assume this is a cluster development. ACTION: See revised plat. COMMENT#4: Will the minimum building setbacks depicted on plat be enforced thru deed restrictions? If so, please add note stating "The bldg setback requirements are established by COCS UDO for Cluster Developments.
