Robison Engineering responses to comments are in BOLD PRINT. PLANNING: 4. Please be aware of the requirements of Section 7.10 of the Unified Development Ordinance as it relates to outdoor lighting. No cone light may project onto another property and all light sources may not project below an opaque housing. Section 7.10 of the Unified Development Ordinance has been thoroughly reviewed. All perimeter pole fixtures are forward-throw (Type 4),which minimizes light pollution to adjacent properties. 11. FYI: This site is part of the overall building plot of the Rosa's Subdivision. This allows one freestanding sign per building plot. Any additional monument signs may only be permitted at one per pad site with a pad site determined as peripheral lots that make up no more than 30 percent of the area of the building plot. This lot does not meet the pad site requirement. Only directional signs and attached signs are allowed by the UDO Section 7.4. As noted, all signs are permitted through separate permit. Monument sign has been removed and replaced with a directional sign. GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS: 1. Developer install conduit per City specs and design. Note added to sheet E10. 2.
