Re: College Station Police Station Renovation— Site Plan—2611 Texas Avenue South
• Site work limited to construction of patio area, sidewalk by northeast fence and
addition of new generators. Site plans have been updated to reflect the following
changes:
PLANNING
Please provide caliper inches of trees being removed (at 12" above grade). These trees
must be replaced"caliper for caliper"on-site. Please provide over all landscape plan
showing the proposal. A landscape legend should be included that shows types if plants,
number, size (in caliper inches for a single trunk for trees and non-canopy trees and in
gallons for shrubs).
All existing trees to remain. Landscape Plan and Site Demolition Plan
updated to reflect changes. Landscaping legend to be included on C1.4.
dp, On what percent of facades will SW2846 and SW2827 be used? These colors are not a
part of the approved color palette.
Color samples attached for the city's approval. SW2827 to be used as field
color (approx. 75% of façade area), SW6155 to be used as accent color
(approx. 20% of facade area), SW2846 to be used as accent color (approx.
5% of façade area). Locations of all paint color noted on elevations (A2.1).
Please provide screening information for the generator. Screening for mechanical
equipment is required because it is visible from adjacent properties.
