Answer: Acknowledged. Comment: All BackFlow devices must be installed and tested upon installation as per City Ordinance 2394. Answer: Acknowledged. Comment: Is the ROW still proposed? I thought it had already been purchased. Answer: The label has been changed to indicate this line as the new right-of-way. Comment: There is no existing off-site PUE to cover what you propose for water service. Answer: Proposed PUE has been added to the construction drawings. Answer: We have deleted some of the curb details. Comment: The Legend on Sheet 04 shows 2 light duty pavements and a heavy duty pavement. Where do you define the difference? Answer: The shading on the pavement sheet indicates where these different pavement materials will be used. Comment: Why is there only heavy-duty pavement at the back corner? The route to the dumpsters also needs to meet fire lane standards. Answer: Our light duty pavement detail meets existing fire lane standards (6" thick). Comment: What is the discharge velocity from the detention pond? Does the bank of the drainage flume across from your discharge point need any armoring? Answer: A special flume connection detail has been added on sheet 02 of construction drawings. The discharge velocity out of the 8" pipe is approximately 5.44 fps.
