PLANNING SERVICES: Comment: As previously stated in Staff Review Comments # 1; "Please note on the landscape that an irrigation system is to be submitted, approved and installed prior to C.O." Answer: This note is in the notes section of the irrigation plan. Comment: FYI: Commercial zoned property adjacent to Administrative Professional zoned property is not required to install a buffer. Answer: Understood. We may decide in the field to remove all of this buffer vegetation. Comment: It appears that (7) Shumard Oaks proposed for streetscape is not being counted for points in the landscape legend. This adds 1,050 points to the total points being provided. Answer: These points have been added to the legend. 511 UNIVERSITY DRIVE EAST, SUITE 204 COLLEGE STATION, TX 77840 • ' 979.260.6963 - r 979.260.3564 CIVIL EN6INEERING , HYDRAULICS HYDkOLOGY (AM!'IES STREETS .
