PLANNING
1. Please change the title the plat to "Final Plat of Edelweiss Gartens, Phase 12, Lots 1-10,
Block 24, Lots 1-4, Block 25, and Lots 1-10, Block 26, being an Amending Plat of Edelweiss
Gartens, Phase 12, Lots 1-10, Block 24, Lots 1-4, Block 25, and Lots 1-10, Block 26."
2. Please include the lot and block numbers of the property owned in each certificate of
ownership and dedication.
3. Please change the title of"current plat" to "original plat."
4. As previously discussed, it may be beneficial to add a note to the plat that states that the
parking and sanitation facilities throughout the project are for the use of all residents and will
be maintained by the H.O.A. This can be done in lieu of a separate instrument.

1. Amended plat showing routing changes for street lighting is correct.

explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans
