mix -use P -MUD zone will allow the construction of a multi -family condominium project which will pay for a new
Student Center on one of the floors. The new Hillel Student Center will increase 4 time its presence size

MUD" District will allow multi -family residential, retail at ground level and religious facilities all in a single tower
What is the range of future building heights: Proposed height is 157'
Please provide a general statement regarding the proposed drainage: There will be no detentions on site. All
drainage will connect to existing City of College station main lines.
List the general bulk or dimensional variations sought: 1. Requesting height variance if 157'.
2. Requesting a 5' building line off alley. Request to Build on property line on ABERDEN.
3. Requesting entry drive off Dexter and Alley. Requesting re -zoning.
4. Build front door entry lobby off George Bush on property line.
If variations are sought, please provide a list of community benefits and I or innovative design concepts to
justify the request: This variance will allow construction of a multi -family residential tower that will house the
new Hillel Student Center on a complete floor level and increase the size of the student facility four times its
current size.
