we can definitely get one there.

Bob Cowell - Manuel Drive Relocation
From: Weldon Davis
To: Bcowell@csbcgov
Date: 6/27/2007 3:33 PM
Subject: Manuel Drive Relocation
Bob,
The line that currently serves the temporary bank building and the copy business is part of our main feeder
system in that area. The line dips down and goes underground under Texas Avenue and feeds the Target store
complex area and residential areas behind these business complexes.
The developer would have to grant easements along the side of the property line to get the line back up to
Manuel Dr and along Manuel Drive and then back down to tie back into the existing underground that crosses
Texas Avenue.
The developer would also incur the total cost to relocate the feeder line along the perimeter of the property.
Based on a preliminary survey of the assets needed to relocate the section in question, the starting cost
projection for the relocation would be $250,000.
There would need to be 6' x 8'junction boxes at the three corners to turn the underground cable, so this
potentially could affect his landscaping and parking items.
Mr. Gilbert Martinez at extension 6255 is the CSU contact for this project. I am copying him on this email for his
information.
Please contact Mr. Martinez of myself at extension 5027 if we could be of further assistance on this project.
Sincerely,
Weldon
