The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please return the following items following the Planning and Zoning meeting in order to file the plat. One (1) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. Dear Josh: As developer of Sonoma, I wish to have building permits issued and final plat filed for Sonoma Phase 1. I fully understand that the sewer main has not yet been extended. I acknowledge that, for what ever reason,the on-site sanitary sewer system must be operational before the connection is made to the off-site connection. I did notice that you do owe for parkland development fees. The amount per the staff report is 29 lots x $358.00 - $10,382.00. I will need that before I can file the plat for record.
