The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, March 19th, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for, Thursday, April 5th, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copies of the revised final plat; Sixteen (16) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed your project will not be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. The mylar original and the digital file of the Final Plat will be provided after the Final Plat is approved. Below is the summary of the revisions made per staff's comments. PLANNING: (Reviewed by Jason Schubert; Date: March 12, 2007) COMMENT#1: Lots 1, 2 & 3 of Blk 4 will be considered 1 bldg plot for parking, access, signage & UDO Section 7.9, Non-Res. Architecture Standards. Please note this on the plat. ACTION: The plat has been revised per this comment. COMMENT#2: The common driveway locations as shown on the PP between Lots 1 &2 and 2& 3 of Blk 4 are acceptable... Keep in mind that access(only) esmts do not allow parking within them. ACTION: This will be addressed with the Site Plan submittals for the various lots. COMMENT#3: Drainage esmts and/or joint detention may be required to facilitate drainage. ACTION: Duly noted.
