The following page is a list of staff review continents detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following in submitted by Monday, August 7, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for August 17, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. Two (2) 24" x 36" copies of the revised master plan; Fifteen (15) 11" x 17' copies of the revised master plan; One (1) Mylar original of the revised master plan; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the master plan on diskette or e-mail to sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov; and Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. As of recent internal discussions about Master Plans, we will only be requiring thoroughfares to be shown, rather than all rights of way. Please identify Saddle Creek Drive as a rural collector and remove all other rights of way. 2. Please identify the `Reserve Tract' as Phase 11 as we do not allow reserve tracts. 3. FYI for Preliminary Plat: Please be aware that Duck Haven Phase 3 has submitted their Preliminary Plat for review. The right-of-way changes have been made as requested. The ROW width for Saddle Creek Drive has been changed to 100'. 2. The Reserve Tract has been changed to Phase 11 as requested. 3. Noted. We have been in contact with the Duck Haven developer. ENGINEERING: 1. Noted.
