SUBJECT: WOLF PEN DRIVE THRU/WINDOW (CUP) — Conditional Use Permit Site
Plan
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested for the Conditional Use
Permit. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to
be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information
submitted by Monday, March 19th, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next
available Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) meeting scheduled for April 5th, 7:00
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue:
Twelve (12) copies of the revised site plan.
Please note that if all comments have not been addressed on your revised site plan,
your project will be pulled from the scheduled P&Z agenda. Your project may be placed
on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate re-
advertising fee paid.
Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the agenda and staff report
can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the P&Z meeting.
