This is a view of the Dickey's building if looking from the Highway 6 Feed Road
entry to the property. The front of the building (facing Hwy. 6) will have bed
plantings along the entire length. The main entry (facing north) will also have
considerably more landscaping than that which is represented by this picture.
The Developer is requiring the Dickey's restaurant to replace the brick along the
bottom 3-foot of the building with stone to match the accent stone on the existing
Cavender's building. Refer to the site plan for more information.
