Dear Mr.WENCEL ,
PROPOSED VARIANCE OF HEIGHT OF BLDG. SITE AT 1113
ARIZONA STREET
We are owners of the property located at '1104 Arizona in College Station. With
reference to proposed request to change the zoning height of new construction at
1113 Arizona Street in College Station, we would like to cast a NO vote because
we want to see the neighborhood remain the same making all the homes
compatible with the currently established homes in the neighborhood. This would
allow all the homes to stay uniform
We appreciate your notification and we hope you will understand the position we
are taking.
If you have further questions or need more information, do not hesitate to contact
us either by letter at the above address or by telephone at(650)991-1655.
