1. As you will have already left by the time they get this report, please put
Reeves' email instead of yours. 2. Request: also state how tall the building wants
to be at what distance. 3. Location: Align the address, unbold, and include the
legal description. 4. Purpose: "To position a new multi-purpose building and
required parking for an existing church on a property adjacent to single family." 5.
Owner: "Holy" 6. Applicable Ordinance Section: Please reference the staff report
for 06-169 to see the format for this. 7. Zoning and Land Use: please state how/if
these are developed. 8. Topography: please put "Topgraphy & Vegetation" on
two lines so your information will align. 9. Background and Property Owner are
not consistent with the church name. Double check. 1 . Background: don't
decribe the lot as "small" if it meets our R-1 requireme ts. "it's" should be "its".
Please identify at what distance from the property line they want to build their
building, what height this would allow, what height the want to build, and restate
the specific variance needed. 11. Background and Sp cial Conditions need to be
left justified. 12. Special Conditions: The second senteice does not add to any
argument--they would not ask for the variance if they did not feel they needed
this. 13. Alternatives: clarify that the possible alternates have been identified by
staff. Also state that they may grant a lesser variance. 14. Why are we
recommending for this? The reason you state does no meek e test for a special
condition. 15. Ordinance intent: again, to be consistent, plgreference the
report for case #06-169 for specific language. 16. Align Propekty Owners Notified
and Responses Received sections. 17. Responses Received: "Two...". "
