Provide a letter or report which satisfies the Fire Code requirements: i.e. proposed building square footage, building construction type (fire retardence), flow, and number of hydrants, etc. I have faxed the engineer the applicable Fire Code excerpts. 2. Revise the Site Utility Plan in accordance with the proposed sanitary service realignment. The proposed service will need to be in accordance with the standard service details within the ROW. The manhole the service was previously intended to be connected to will need to be noted to be plugged by pulling the rubber boot and grouting. 3. Relocate the 2" irrigation backflow preventor out of the street. 4. Provide the standard pavement cut/repair detail ST4-01. 5. FYI - a public access easement is required for the portions of the sidewalk on private property. This must be submitted and accepted prior to C.O.
