Alan,
I spoke with JP and the trees will have single trunk, so we're good there. I added the conditions we
discussed about the max and min heights for clearance. I only checked the sight distance at the
intersections; I'm guessing someone else has checked all the other issues (i.e., that the tree grates and
sidewalk meet ADA).
I'll send my comments over ASAP.

SUBJECT: THE FACTORY (SP)- Site Plan
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned site plan as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information for further staff review:
$200 processing fee (was not received with this submittal);
Six (6) Full sets of revised civil site plans, including landscape plans;
Two (2) copies of the revised Site Plans;
One (1) copy of the Landscape Plan;
$48,364 Parkland Dedication fees prior to issuance of a building permit.
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please
attach a letter explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional
information, please call me at 979.764.3570.

Cost estimate for relocating any public facilities associated with the work;
A structural plan showing details with anchoring, attachment, and material
description (must be sealed).
Indemnity agreements from abutting fee owners.
