I added the conditions we discussed about the max and min heights for clearance. I only checked the sight distance at the intersections; I'm guessing someone else has checked all the other issues (i.e., that the tree grates and sidewalk meet ADA). I'll send my comments over ASAP. The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: $200 processing fee (was not received with this submittal); Six (6) Full sets of revised civil site plans, including landscape plans; Two (2) copies of the revised Site Plans; One (1) copy of the Landscape Plan; $48,364 Parkland Dedication fees prior to issuance of a building permit. If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details.
