The landscape plan provides a total site area of 77,000 square feet, which does not appear to be consistent with the 2.0 acres on the site plan. Please revise the figures and calculations. 2. The total number of landscape points is based on the subtotals of the total site area and streetscape frontage. As a result, the total required points are 4,308 (2,310 + 1,998). Please combine the subtotals into one table. It appears that the required number of points has been provided. There are four copies ready for you to pick up. I believe the DP may still need to be signed. There were no building elevations provided with this project. As such, elevations that meet the Non-residential Architecture Standards in UDO 7.9 will be required prior to approval of a building permit. A preliminary set of building plans were received in November but I believe a building permit application has yet to be submitted. Let me know if there is anything I can do to assist you.
