Project: GATEWAY CENTER PH. 2C (SP) — 07-00500035
PLANNING
1. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be
screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or
residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade.
Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a
unified appearance.
2. It does not appear that the proposed dumpsters in the rear of the building have a screening
wall all the way around them. Please be aware that if these are visible from driving down the
rear drive isle or the drive along the west driving into the multi-family development a
Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued for any building in Phase 2-C, until they are
screened all the way around.
3. The pilaster will need to go all the way to the top of the building to count (not half way).
4. There needs to be two different architectural elements.
LAN DSCAPINGISTREETSCAPING!BUFFER
1. The landscape plan needs to match the site plan layout (phase lines and phase labels need
to match). The plan is currently showing Phase 2-B where 2-C is.
NON- RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTUAL STANDARDS (NRA)
1. The brick pilasters that are being proposed need to go all the way to the top of
the building (not a portion of the way). This would ly count as canopiesone or awnings asual
element, please provide another one. Wet ked about
