HomeMy WebLinkAboutCorrespondence From: Carol Cotter To: Alan Gibbs Date: 2/23/2007 12:05:08 PM Subject: Draft email to Rabon - Please read and comment Rabon/Todd- We tried to keep the Final Plat on the agenda, but decided that it is not ready to go. There are still a number of issues that need to be addressed mainly with the drainage. One significant outstanding item is that we are looking for the County's approval of the drainage report. fvkle We believe a floodstudy is warranted and should be included in the drainage report, though Rabon indicated he has not performed it. Likewise, it appears a USACE Individual Permit would be required prior to construction of the drainage improvements. ;-O 14RABON ME[CALE ENGINEERING POST OFFICE BOX 9253 (979)690-0329 - Home , COLLEGE STATION,TEXAS 77842 (979)690-0329(979)219-4174-4174 - FAX 41 (97 - CELL EMAIL: rmengineer@juno.com February 19, 2007 Carol Cotter, E.I.T.
