Subject: Draft email to Rabon - Please read and comment
Rabon/Todd-
We tried to keep the Final Plat on the agenda, but decided that it is not ready to go. There are still a
number of issues that need to be addressed mainly with the drainage.
One significant outstanding item is that we are looking for the County's approval of the drainage report.
fvkle We believe a floodstudy is warranted and should be included in the drainage report, though Rabon
indicated he has not performed it. Likewise, it appears a USACE Individual Permit would be required prior
to construction of the drainage improvements.

RE: Creek Meadows—Section 1A, Phase Two
Supplemental Fire Flow Analysis
RME No.202-0286
Dear Carol:
Please find attached documentation illustrating that the proposed water system improvements,
for the above referenced project, can operate independent of any other improvements proposed
for additional sections and phases of the Creek Meadows subdivision.
In summary, the maximum pipe velocity and minimum pressure experienced within the system is
9.68 fps and 57.10 psi, respectively, for the two analyzed fire flow scenarios.
Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
Sincerely, OF
