The City acknowledges that the constructed infrastructure is the property of the user and that inspection is limited to those activities and the location of the user infrastructure within the right-of-way or easement. The user remains responsible for but not limited to the establishment of vegetation, settlement of excavation, restoration of landscaping, repair of irrigation systems, repair of City infrastructure such as sidewalks and streets, and any other areas of disturbance with a warranty responsibility period of one (1) year following completion.
