The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, February 19'2007 at 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 1, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue. One (1) 24"x36" copy of the revised final plat; Sixteen (16) 11"x17" copies of the revised final plat; Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed, your project will not be scheduled for the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. The plat needs to be tied to a known platted point or a College Station monument. 2. A temporary turn-around is required at the end of Mesa Verde Drive. 3. The first sheet states that there are 10 lots in the subdivision (11 lots are shown on the plat) and calls the subdivision 3A. 4. Please label the adjacent phase (lot and block numbers are shown, but no phase number). 5. Please keep phase numbering system consistent in Indian Lakes (ie: Phase Three, Phase 3, Phase III). Continue designation of HOA Common Area along boundary with the Smith property as PUE as was dedicated in Phase Ilia. Reviewed by: Carol Cotter Date: February 15, 2007 GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS 1. This plat is in the College Station ETJ, but is out of the College Station Utility electric service area. Customer will have to get with their electric supplier for this area to determine electric service specifications and requirements.
