The total number of lots has been shown in the title block. 2. The storm sewer proposed for the PDE between Lots 17 & 18 has been removed, so the PDE is no longer needed. Engineering Comments No. 1 1. Easements within the pipeline/communication easements have been removed, so the first rights are no longer an issue. Per phone conversations with Brent Read with COCS Utilities, the easements as now shown on the Plat will be adequate for what his design will require. 2. Noted. Electrical Noted.
