Proposed Zoning/Use: A-O, Agricultural Open to C-1, General Commercial The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas. All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
