The following items are a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed: 1. Please identify the two types of architectural relief elements on each façade as per Section7.9.B.2 of the Unified Development Ordinance. In doing so it may be helpful to provide a footprint or floor plan with the elevations. 2. Please note that while not required with these elevations, it will be verified at the time of building permit that the structure does not have more than 2,750 square feet, as limited by the parking provided on the site. The gross square floor area of the proposed structure is larger than the parking availability of the site allows. Please revise the structure so that it is not more than 2,750 square feet.
