1. The widths of the utility and access easements in the dedication for the lift station do not match
the widths shown in the plans. You were to submit revised metes and bounds, but I never
received them. Lift Station and "On-site" force main infrastructure will not be accepted until

2. Plans and water report mention proposed 6" line along Royder Road. Be aware that the
maximum distance for a 6" line is 1,500 feet. This line needs to be an 8" line. When will this
proposed waterline along Royder Road be constructed? Is it needed for fire flow? It appears
that the stand alone report for Phase 1A includes it in the modeling. '2v ap
'Required NPPA testing once construction is complete will be for 1000 gpm from single hydrant.
Your report seems to indicate that it is designed for 1500 split between two hydrants. E J
