Dear Crissy:
On behalf of my client, Brady Brittain, I am want to inform you about the following steps
that we are taking regarding the possible sanitary sewer service to the project:
We have contacted Michelle and Tim Killonen, owners of one of the adjacent tracts, and
Eugene Savage, owner of another adjacent tract and of the tract across Renee Lane. We
have also discussed this project with Jeff Robertson, MacClure Et Browne, engineer for the
Killonens.
At this time Mr. Savage is not much interested in joining forces with Mr. Brittain. Mr. Et
Mrs. Killonen are, however, interested. The idea is to bring a sewer line, sharing the cost,
from the north end of Renee Lane to the Killonen's tract. In this manner our project could
sewer to a manhole to be built on this extension at the intersection of future Brady Lane
and Renee Lane.
Attached is a concept plan of the soon to be proposed Brittain Subdivision.
