PLANNING
1. A gray block graphic is covering the corner details on page 3.
2. On page 3, the proposed light bar color has not been updated in the details to reflect the new one
(change PMS 485c to 484c).
3. Provide color and material samples for all proposed changes,including the light bar.
4. On page 4,provide the text and graphic colors on the proposed sign cabinet.
5. The allowable height for the freestanding sign is based on the distance from the curb not the ROW as
noted on pages 5 and 8. Please revise.
6. Confirm if the "CarDoc" attached sign on the front façade will be only removed and reattached or if it
will be replaced.
7. Confirm whether the overhead bay doors will retain their current color (if so, please provide) or will be
repainted to match one of the proposed colors.
8. It appears that the 9"lettering above the bay doors will need to be repainted after the façade is changed.
Please provide the color to be used.
9. Thank you for providing the square footage of existing and proposed signage on page 9. This
information, however, can be removed from the packet as it will be used by staff for approval of a sign
permit but will not be reviewed by DRB for approval of the proposal. Some of the signs actually may
not be considered signage if they are not visible from the ROW.
10. Staff would prefer that the each page not be subtitled with "based on staff comments" since this may
imply staff specifically recommended what is being proposed.
11. The color of the title on page 1 has been updated to reflect the new proposed colors. The graphic,
however,can be misleading since no proposed sign uses the company name in that configuration.
