SUBJECT: INDIAN LAKES PHASE 5 - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list of staff
review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please submit the following once
all changes have been made:
One (1) 24'x36" copy of the revised final plat;
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
sgriffin@cstx.gov and awelsh@cstx.gov; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner and County Judge's
signatures.
Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning & Zoning meeting, your project will be
considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have
not been addressed, your project will not be scheduled for the Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made
and the appropriate fees paid. Once your item has been scheduled for the P&Z meeting, the
agenda and staff report can be accessed at the following web site on Monday the week of the
P&Z meeting.

Planning & Engineering
1. This plat can be an amending plat instead of a replat. Because an easement is being
removed, we will need verification by all utilities with franchise rights that this is
acceptable (please use standard abandonment form).
2. Please revise the certificates for an amending plat (no P&Z certificate, add City Planner
certificate).
3. The title of the plat should be "FINAL PLAT of Lot 16A, Block 8, Indian Lakes
Subdivision, Phase 5, being an amending plat of Lots 16 & 17, Block 8, Indian Lakes
Subdivision, Phase 5.
4. Please title the individual drawings "original plat" and "amending plat."
5. Please remove all survey data and the survey legend from the plat.

GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. This plat is in the College Station ETJ, but is out of the College Station Utility electric
service area. Customer will have to get with their electric supplier for this area to
determine electric service specifications and requirements.
