This earthwork involves grading the surface of these adjoining lots along their boundary lines with your lot to remove high and low spots, and facilitate construction of the parking areas and driveways you are planning. With this letter, I hereby authorize you and your contractor to enter these adjoining lots for such purposes with the following stipulations: • Prior to commencement of this work, your contractor will install all necessary erosion control measures to prevent sediment from leaving these adjoining lots. • Your contractor will use only those portions of the adjoining lots that are reasonably required to perform this work. • Your contractor will adhere to all applicable regulations regarding this type of work. • Upon completion of this work, your contractor will re-establish grass cover over the disturbed areas to minimize future erosion concerns. • Your contractor will be responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from this work. I also ask that you notify our engineer,Mr. Jeff Robertson,P.E.,at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of these activities so he can verify that work is proceeding as intended. His telephone number is 979-693-3838. Thank you. Sincere y, Joel Ross Vice President CIVIL DEVELOPMENT Ltd. CIVIL ENGINEERING&DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES P.O.
