Here is the chart of the amount of vacant property in M1/M2/R&D zoning districts. Total zoned for industrial
uses is 1,010 acres - 200 acres is A&M or Veterans Park. Effectively, 2% of the city is zoned for industrial uses,
and 1% of the City is vacant and already zoned appropriately. Approximately 1700 acres are shown on the
Comprehensive Plan for Industrial both inside the City and in the ETJ (1400 acres for inside City limits only).

Subject: Animate Habitat Rezoning
Hi Travis,
I just wanted to let you know what we will need a revised 24" x 36" map with the correct zoning request as well
as 16 11" x 17" copies of the same for the meeting. We will need these by Tuesday the 16th. I went ahead and
revised the application for M-2, Heavy Industrial. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
