Most of the inquiries were concerned with apartments, duplexes, or commercial on the property. Those in opposition are concerned about traffic on greens prairie road, density of the development, and storm water runoff and water quality. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends denial of the rezoning due to 2 failed motions to approve the rezoning. Staff is recommending approval of the request except for that area within 130 feet of the compressor station until such a time that the station has been removed.
