I believe you are using N45-23- 19E (plat) on the northwest property line, use N45-26-42E the measured bearing and distance below it. We will swap the text on those calls so that it will not be so confusing. Hopefully that will take care of the closure problem. Also on the comments we received, it mentioned wanting an index sheet if the plat is on more than one sheet. Ours is only on one sheet. That may not be your area to comment on but thought I would ask. You may or may not remember that they are going ahead and putting all of their easements to cover meters, etc on the plat. In talking to Alan, we both thought it would be a good idea if you took a look at what they turned in to make sure this is where the infrastructure is in the ground. Fred, Alan did not know which inspector you might want to take a look at this. Israel, I think you took a look at this previously (probably around December of last year). I am sending a scan of the 11x17 but if you need a full size copy just let me know. Please let me know if you see any issues by Monday the 22nd so I can get back with the applicant. I wanted to make sure that electrical was still ok with this. They are stating in the notes that they are dedicating a 20 foot electrical easement that are 10 foot on each side from centerline. Just wanted to make sure you guys had all the easements you need. Lindsay Also, Sandra is still asking for that 15 foot on the Novosad tract next to Fox Run Condos on Luther Street. Do you want to go down from a 20 to a 15? I've been holding firm at 20, but I told her I'd talk to you. From: Lindsay Boyer To: Fred Surovik; Israel Koite Date: 9/17/2008 8:50 AM Subject: Woodlands Part 2 I also wanted to send you the comments that were sent out last regarding the easements that might be of use to you 1. There is an easement on Lot 3 with a line called W126 which we believe was for a 2-inch irrigation meter that was relocated. If it has, please confirm and relocate the easement appropriately. 2. For the PUE crossing Lot 2 on the southeastern most end, there is an easement for the waterline that goes out to 2818. This line was relocated as a field adjustment. Please confirm the easement dedicated follows the field construction. The easements as shown are fine. >>> Lindsay Boyer 9/17/2008 9:26 AM >>> Sam and Weldon- The Woodlands project is already built, so the lines shown on the plat should be the lines that are out there. They are dedicating their specific easements on the plat instead of the separate instrument. In the notes it states that they are doing a 20 foot on center, and on the plat, all of the electrical lines state there is a 20 foot easement on center.Am I making sense? Thanks for the word on the Novosad. Lindsay >>> Sam Weido 9/17/2008 9:20 AM >>> Hey, how's it going? I talked to Weldon and the drawing you show is good for the perimeter. However, we still need a blanket unless they can show where the buildings are going and then we can do a conduit layout and then they can have the easements platted prior to construction beginning. If you have any more questions direct them to Weldon and I so we can both stay in the loop. On the Novosad deal I can live with a 15' 11"easement....that's it. Just kidding, the 15' is fine.
