Dear Josh,
Attached is the Easement Abandonment Application for the Culpepper Plaza Addition and
the Easement Dedication Sheet. Please process these applications accordingly. As we
discussed we would like this abandonment to be scheduled for the February 9, 2007 City
Council meeting for consideration. Because we have already submitted a blanket utility
easement, this abandonment can take _dace prior to the dedication of si e specific d
ease s. Please respond with the date our contractor must be complete with the
relocated utilities so that you and your staff have time to accept the new utilities in time to
make this first meeting in February. We are happy to answer any questions you may about
