COMMENTS
The proposed replat is to realign the access easement and to dedicate utility easements for the
newly constructed Woodlands of College Station apartment complex.
Parkland Dedication: A 3.78-acre park was accepted with the original final plat.
REVIEW CRITERIA
Compliance with Subdivision Regulations: The final plat complies with the Subdivision
