ENGINEERING
1. Our records indicate an existing 15'PUE (vol381pg 469) in the area of the proposed lot line. Add to plat
or submit documents to verify that it has been abandoned.
2. Provide volume and page numbers of existing easements.
3. It appears that the current effective BFE ranges from 261 at the east end of the property to 262.8' at
west, (You may want to verify) The effective BFE is determined from the current FEMA FIS study and
is the regulated BFE until the channel improvements are completed and the LOMR is approved by
FEMA. It is the effective BFE that should appear on the plat. You may want to also show the revised
BFE as `BFE based on CLOMR channel improvements".
