Attached are comments for this project from our Electrical Division. Please address the
comments and include those changes on your next submittal. If you have any questions or need

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
1. Developer provides temporary blanket easement for construction purposes.
2. Developer provides easements for electric infrastructure as installed for electric lines
(including street lights).
3. The following easements will be required:
> 5' PUE Block 24 Lot 11 adjacent to Lot 10
y 15' PUE Block 24 Lots 14 & 15. 7.5' in each lot.
5' PUE Block 24 Lot 16 adjacent to Lot 17
• 15' PUE Block 24 Lots 22 & 23. 7.5' in each lot.
• 5' PUE Block 24 Lot 28 adjacent to Lot 27.
• 15' PUE Block 23 Lots 14 & 15. 7.5' in each Lot.
• 5' PUE Block 23 Lot 17 adjacent to Lot 16.
• 15' PUE Block 23 Lots 22 & 23. 7.5' in each lot.
• 5' PUE Block 22 Lot 19 adjacent to Lot 18.
• 5' PUE Block 22 Lot 24 adjacent to Lot 23.
• 5' PUE Block 22 Lot 29 adjacent to Lot 28.
GENERAL ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
1. Developer installs conduit per City specs and design.
2. City will provide drawings for conduit installation.
3. Developer provides 30' of rigid or IMC conduit for riser poles. City installs riser.
4. Developer to intercept existing conduit at designated transformers and extend as required.
5. If conduit does not exist at designated transformer, developer to furnish and install conduit
as shown on electrical layout.
6. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per City specs and design.
7. Developer installs pull boxes and secondary pedestals as per City specs and design (pull
boxes and secondary pedestals provided by the City).
8. Developer provides digital AutoCAD 2000 or later version of plat and/or site plan. Email to:
sweido@cstx.gov.
9. Developer provides load data for project.
