The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. If all comments have been addressed and the following information submitted by Monday, August 20, 2007, 10:00 a.m., your project will be placed on the next available Planning& Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2007, 7:00 p.m.., in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue: One (1) 24"x 36"copy of the revised Preliminary Plat;and Sixteen (16) 11"x 17" copies of the revised Preliminary Plat. Upon receipt of the required documents for the Planning& Zoning meeting,your project will be considered formally filed with the City of College Station. Please note that if all comments have not been addressed,your project will be pulled from the scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission agenda. Your project may be placed on a future agenda once all the revisions have been made and the appropriate fees paid. As submitted, variance requests will be necessary for Phase 3 for Section 12-K of the Subdivision Regulations for block length and 12-I.3 for the projection of a street into the unplatted property to the west. Note that Private Drainage Easements and Private Access Easements are privately owned and maintained. 4. Provide additional offsite contours in vicinity of Common Area No. 2. Date: July 31,2007 Response to Staff Review Comments No. 1 (dated August 9, 2007) Aggieland Business Park—Preliminary Plat Planning Phase 3 now consists of 3 phases—3A, 3B & 3C. The number of lots has changed from 31 to 30 lots. Phase 3 has been revised to reduce block length and to project to the adjacent unplatted property. We feel it now complies with the subdivision ordinance. Engineering 1. Note has been added. 2. Note has been revised. 3. Note has been added. 4. Additional contours have been added.
