The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for further staff review: Seven (7) complete sets of construction documents for the proposed development with the revised site and landscaping plans attached (one set will be returned to you, please submit additional copies if you want more than one approved set) Two (2) revised site plans One (1) landscaping plan One (1) 11x17 grading and erosion control plan If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter explaining the details. Page 1 of 2 STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 Project: FITZWILLY'S (SP)— 07-00500186 PLANNING COMMENTS 1. Provide key map of the property on the site/wall plan. 2. Provide all required contact information listed on the application in the title block on the site/wall plan. 3. Provide the ownership and current zoning of subject parcels and all abutting parcels. 4. Per Section 5.6.B.8 Sidewalk Standards, proposed developments for properties on University Drive are required to improve the sidewalk to 12', but the site plan does not reflect those improvements. Please provide the minimum sidewalk width or submit a waiver to this standard to be heard by the Design Review Board. 5. Per Section 5.6.B.9.a Street Trees, one 4"-caliper tree is required for every 25' along University Drive. Please provide the street trees or submit a waiver to this standard to be heard by the Design Review Board. 6. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
