STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1
Project: WOODSTONE CENTER COURTYARD (CUP) — (07-00500194)
PLANNING
1. Please provide the property owner's signature or a power of attorney.
2. The site plan that was provided does not offer enough detail. Because this document will be
forwarded to the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council for their review, as well as
staff's review, please provide a more legible overall site plan. We are specifically looking to
verify that the center has sufficient parking spaces as well as for other site requirements.
3. On the Floor Plan, provide the square footage of the "existing" and proposed decks.
4. Please provide a legible documentation of lease space occupants, uses, and square footage.
5. Provide a general note that all roof and ground-mounted mechanical equipment shall be
screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right-of-way or residential
district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such
screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified
appearance.
6. Please note that any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of
College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
Any additional changes on these plans that the City has not been made aware of will constitute
a completely new review.
