Please re-label lots 13 and 14 as 13A and 14A. 2. Please add a note that states Lots 13A and 14A are considered a single building plot. Reviewed by: Jason Schubert Date: August 27, 2007 ENGINEERING COMMENTS NO. 1 1. The proposed 12" water line needs to be extended from the existing 12" line at this time, not when Lot 13R develops. 2. There is a water line and fire hydrant at the eastern corner of property. Show conflict with the proposed sewer line (Sheet 01). 3. Match soffits at MH 2 (Sheet 01). 4. Since the proposed 6" sewer line will not be extended, a cleanout can be installed instead of a manhole. 5. Indicate sewer conflict with proposed 12" water line and any crossing requirements. 6. Clearly indicate the public and private portions of the water and sewer lines. 7. Fire suppression line needs to indicate isolation valve with lockable lid as indicated on the Site Plan for NTB.
